MyJPJ App Launches New Upgrade! Road Tax, Licence & More Services Now Available Online

The Road Transport Department Malaysia (JPJ) has officially introduced a major upgrade to the MyJPJ application, further improving digital access to various road transport-related services for Malaysians.
With the latest update, users can now manage multiple services within a single platform, including road tax (LKM), driving licence, and traffic summons inquiries. The app is also integrated with JPJeBid and JPJeQ, making vehicle registration bidding and online queue management more convenient for users.

In addition, MyJPJ now adopts MyDigital ID as its official login method and supports biometric authentication features such as fingerprint and facial recognition to strengthen account security and identity verification.
JPJ has also announced that users are now required to register for a MyDigital ID account in order to log in and access services on the MyJPJ app. The initiative is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen digital identity verification and accelerate the digitalisation of public services nationwide.

To further improve user experience, the upgraded app now includes a 24/7 AI-powered chatbot that provides assistance and responds to user inquiries at any time.
The continuous enhancement of the MyJPJ platform reflects JPJ’s commitment to modernising public services while reducing dependency on physical counters and long waiting times.
