We heard a lot of their customers claim that their Creme Brûlée Burnt Cheesecake is known to be amongst the best in KL & PJ! Therefore, we have decided to give it a try and let you guys know what we think.
Their Creme Brulee Burnt Cheesecake is most likely the best tasting cake with very unique texture in KL & PJ. With a crispy layer of perfectly burnt Creme Brûlée on top and a jiggly custardy center, this is a lip-smackingly delicious combination of great texture and taste! Besides, it also comes together with a wonderful slice of refreshing lemon.
If you crack the Creme Brûlée top and then squeeze the refreshing lemon juice on it, you will find that once the juice flows into the cracks of the cake and infuse with the cheesecake, the flavour is enhanced to a whole new different level! The cheesecake does not have the usual pungent cheese taste and smell, instead the flavour was well balanced and it tasted really good. We would describe the flavour notes as mildly cheesy, and incredibly appetising.
We would definitely encourage anyone who likes cakes to try this out, it’s just mind-blowing! We would consider it as one of the best cakes in Klang Valley.
