Yasss, it’s Sushi Mastro Nikkei, a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine which is located in Maluri. The restaurant boasts a unique decor with ethnic-inspired wall murals that are hard to miss. At the same time, their foods will definitely make you feel goosebumps!

【Sparks Between Japanese and Peruvian Cuisine】

What kind of sparks will fly when Japanese and Peruvian cuisine come together? I must recommend their Wagyu Yakiniku Don – the grilled Wagyu beef is rich, tender, and even more amazing when paired with their sauce! Speaking of beef, you have to try the Argentinian Grilled Beef Sirloin, it’s incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful!  Don’t forget to pair it with the tangy Kimi Chu-ri sauce for a refreshing twist!

When it comes to Japanese cuisine, sushi is a must-try! Their Sushi Surtidas offers a total of 16 different sushi varieties, including fish, shrimp, and even beef – you can try them all at once!

If you’re a fan of salmon sashimi, you absolutely can’t miss their two Sashimi Surtidas platters with 6 different types of silky, melt-in-your-mouth sashimi. The Sea Urchin Udon is a marvel – the udon noodles are delightfully chewy, paired with sea urchin and Parmesan cheese, the sauce strikes a perfect balance!

Recently, they’ve introduced a new menu as well! The Sukiyaki, which offers a choice of beef, chicken, and vegetables.

I tried the beef hotpot, with high-quality Argentinian beef. The meat is incredibly tender and delicious when dipped in raw egg.

Additionally, they offer a new Nikkei experience set for two, with a total of 6 courses, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you can enjoy this extraordinary culinary experience!

One of the courses, Nikkei Salmon Mango, the combination of salmon and mango being both unique and absolutely delightful.

After that you can savor the highlights: Scallop & Seabass and Wild Halibut! The combination of scallops, fresh fish, and a unique thick sauce is a heavenly delight. They also serve super fresh and tender halibut that practically melts in your mouth – it’s seriously delicious!

After filling up, indulge in a serving of Filipino mango ice cream cake, Graham Cake. It’s refreshingly cool and satisfying! And, of course, don’t forget to order a refreshing beverage! The “Chile Piña,” a mix of chili and pineapple, and the result was a delightful surprise! It’s incredibly refreshing – despite the presence of chili, it’s not too spicy, just a hint of excitement on your palate. I highly recommend giving this drink a try! 

I enjoyed a spread of Japanese cuisine akin to an Omakase experience! It’s an amazing deal! Now, you have the perfect spot for celebrating birthdays with friends and family gatherings once again – Maluri’s hidden gem!
