Maintaining a body figure is a lifelong dilemma for us girls. We already sacrifice our love for food and engage in fitness exercises but it seems that it isn’t even enough! Why on earth we can’t maintain having a slim body when we already do cardio exercises and lessen our food consumption? Maybe because you’re still eating these fatty foods! Are you aware of them?

1. Milk tea

Who on earth would think that even our favorite thirst quencher is sinfully delicious?! A cup of milk tea consist of about 400 calories and more than 10g of fats (ouch).

2. Nuts

Nuts = 588 kcal = jog for 1.5 hours

YES. NUTS. We are nuts to think that nuts will not affect our weight. You can eat nuts but with minimal amount and choose non-greasy nuts.

3. 乳酸菌饮

乳酸菌饮 435ml = 286 kcal = jog for 40 minutes

Uh…oh… a bottle of this type of drink contains 70g of sugar or 15 candies. I know this is irresistible, you can drink but don’t drink too much!

4. Fried foods

French fries 100g = 367 kcal = jog for 55 minutes

Fries before guys right?… but… um… maybe try to lessen your fries intake? It is high in calories as well risk in cancer.

5. Potato Chips

Potato chips 100g = 548 kcal = jog for 82 minutes

Don’t make eating potato chips a hobby. It contains sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate and calories. Why dieting is so painful?

6. Cake

Cake 100g = 349 kcal = jog for 52 minutes

Cake. Maybe a slice of cake won’t hurt? An excessive consumption of saturated fatty acid, found in cake, can lead to gastrointestinal discomfort and intravascular fat obstruction, yikes!

7. Fish ball

Fish ball 100g = 253 kcal = jog for 38 minutes

8. Alcohol

Beer = 160 kcal = jog for 24 minutes

Love to drink? Then give it a break! It is maybe the reason why you’re not getting that shape you always wanted! Alcoholic beverages are indeed high in calories!

9. Dried fruits

Dried Mango 100g = 345 kcal = jog for 51 minutes

Drying fruits requires a lot of sugar and additives!

10. Instant noodles

Instant noodles 100g = 473 kcal = jog for 70 minutes

Instant noodles are like fried foods, uses MSG, salt, oil, and more. Instant noodles are cheap and convinient but also prone to calories!
